Also present was Paul <br /> Johnson, 3925 Shamrock Drive , agent who is handling the sale of Mrs . <br /> Bjerkebek's property. He estimated the Pearson and Bjerkebek'.s <br /> residences are between 40 and .45 feet distance from each other which <br /> would leave ample room for expansion of the Bjerkebek garage in the <br /> future. The Chairman requested staff to make accurate measurements <br /> before the Council meeting. <br /> Motion by Mr. Peterson and seconded by Mr. Zawislak to approve the <br /> conveyance of a 15 foot strip of land, described as the South 15 feet <br /> of the North 99 feet of Lot 13 , Block 5 , Mounds View Acres , Second <br /> Addition , lying East of the West 134 feet thereof from the property <br /> identified as 3916 Shamrock Drive to the property currently identified <br /> as 3912 Shamrock Drive , subject to verification of the distance <br /> between the houses on these properties to assure adequate side yard <br /> setbacks for both properties . <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> At 8:18 P.M. , Chairman Jones opened the public Hearing on the request <br /> from the owners of the properties at 2608 , 2700 and 2702 - 33rd Avenue <br /> N.E. to replat their properties to create two new buildable conforming <br /> lots of 75 X 131. 25 feet each, which will front on Belden Drive . It <br /> was agreed the hearings on the individual petitions for the necessary <br /> variances to effect this replatting would be held following the. re- <br /> platting recommendation. <br /> —Mr_.-Jones--read-the_-not ice ,of_the-hearings_ which Mr.- Berg_ indicated <br /> -had'-been published- and sent-to--adjoining-property --owners within 350 <br /> feet of the sites . No one present reported failure to receive the <br /> notice or objected to its contents .
