Clark property. <br /> variance recommendation of the same date. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Mr. Peterson and seconded by Mr. Zawislak to recommend . <br /> City Council grant a lot area .variance of: 4, 430 square feet from the <br /> required 11 ,000 square feet to Mr. and Mrs . Edward Brown identified <br /> as parcel 4000 , Plat 63506 under the proposed replatting of Brown's <br /> First Addition, finding for .this parcel as was stated for parcels <br /> 3900 and 3950 both in Plat 63506 . <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> The site drawings for the proposed addition to the St. Charles Bor- <br /> romeo school_ building were presented as a courtesy only, Mr. Berg <br /> said, because no Commission action is perceived necessary if the, <br /> project is constructed as proposed. No Commission concerns were <br /> expressed. <br /> Commission members did have several concerns , however , related to the <br /> site plans forthe proposed senior housing on Kenzie Terrace which <br /> the Administrative Assistant said may have to be submitted to HUD <br /> as early as April. Commission members indicated they found the de- <br /> crease in unitsize from the proposal submitted for approval in 1980 <br /> and the addition of an exit onto the alley on Wilson Avenue most <br /> troubling and requested the senior federation be questioned as to why <br /> __ _ _the=.one=-bedroom-uni_ts__have,,been.decreased,.in._size.-to-540.,square-Teet. <br /> where=the=-C-ity---ord-i--nan-ce-requ-i•res-=6-50==squa-re=-feet <br />
