Edward Brown identified <br /> as parcel 4000 , Plat 63506 under the proposed replatting of Brown's <br /> First Addition, finding for .this parcel as was stated for parcels <br /> 3900 and 3950 both in Plat 63506 . <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> The site drawings for the proposed addition to the St. Charles Bor- <br /> romeo school_ building were presented as a courtesy only, Mr. Berg <br /> said, because no Commission action is perceived necessary if the, <br /> project is constructed as proposed. No Commission concerns were <br /> expressed. <br /> Commission members did have several concerns , however , related to the <br /> site plans forthe proposed senior housing on Kenzie Terrace which <br /> the Administrative Assistant said may have to be submitted to HUD <br /> as early as April.
