• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY NOTICE OF HEARING ON ASSESSMENTS FOR STREET, STORM SEWER AND WATERLINE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1978-01 (ANTHONY LANE NORTH) Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota will meet in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road (.enter northeast corner) on Tuesday , June 22 , 1982 , at 7 : 45 P.M. to hear, consider and pass upon all written objections , if .any, to .proposed assessments in respect to Street, Storm Sewer and Waterline Improvement Project No. 1978-01. The proposed assessment roll is now on file and open to public inspection by all persons interested in the office of the City Clerk. The general nature of Improvement Project No. 1978-01 is a bituminous roadway , curbing and storm sewer. The area proposed to be assessed consists of all lots , tracts or parcels of land in the City lying North of C. S.A.H. 94 (County Road C) and South of State Highway 88 . • This notice is given pursuant to Minnesota Statutes , Chapter 429 , as amended. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is the area described above . The total cost - for such improvement is $104 , 167 . 78 , which is assessed 100% to the affected and benefit- ing properties of said area. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed assessments will be heard at this meeting (.objections must be in writing) . An owner .may appeal an assessment to District Court pursuant to Minnesota Statutes , Section 429 . 081 by serving Notice of the Appeal upon the Mayor or Manager of the municipality within 30 days after the adoption of the assessment and filing such notice with the District Court within ten days after service upon the P4ayor or Manager.
