-8- Mr. Childs informed the Council that it would be necessary, in order that the April 30th deadline for submitting a 202 application for the proposed senior rental project on Kenzie Terrace would be met , to schedule a special Planning Commission meeting for Tuesday, April 3rd so their recommendations related to the P .U.D. for the senior project could be presented to the Council at their April 10th meeting , in plenty of time for the application deadline . The Manager reported the LMC committee he serves on had arrived at a policy for the distribution of the state ' s share of Industrial Development Bonding under the $150 cap formula, which Mr. Childs indicated he perceives could be advantageous to the City since it would no longer be necessary to fight other municipalities for the i arks said he had learned the state unding. RESOLUTION 84-018 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE METROPOLITAN AREA MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION, REPRESENTING THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY, AND THE INTERNATIONAL UNION OF OPERATING ENGINEERS , LOCAL 49 Motion carried unanimously . i In his March 8th memorandum g the Manager had given a water contamination update with staff recommendation, and had included in the agenda- packet copies of his December 21st letter to the Minnesota Department of Health asking whether the City wells could be considered a reliable source of municipal water supply and the Commissioner of Health' s February 29th reply recommending that the City take Well #3 out of service because certain contaminant levels have exceeded health depart- ment criteria - to .prevent 'further contamination of Wells #4 and 5 , • which at this time are considered to be acceptable sources of water supply . Mr: Childs indicated the CH2M Hill study had called for water conservation measures and connecting the southern.third of the City to the Roseville water supply, as temporary measures until a permanent solution can be found.
