• RESOLUTION 87-019 A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION- OF EASEMENT After discussion of a motion by to vacate certain easements located. in a portion of vacated Sunset Avenue,, it was deemed in the . interest of the public to grant the vacation. Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: BE . IT HEREBY' RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that the easements for utilities and ingress and egress created- by that certain Clerk' s Certificate dated June 216, 1959, recorded July 1, 1959, as Document No. 3184160 , are hereby declared and ordered vacated and discontinued as to the following described property: That-part of Sunset Avenue as platted in St. Anthony Village *Commercial Center Addition No. 1 , Hennepin County, Minnesota, now vacated per Document No. 3184160 , described as follows: 'Commencing At the northwest corner of Block 5, • said plat; thence- on an assumed bearing of N. 50 deg. 53 ' 21" E. , along the northwesterly line of said block and- its northeasterly extension 328. 86 feet to its intersection with the northwesterly extension of the center line of Sunset Avenue; thence S. 62 deg. 50 ' 16" E. , along said extension and center line of Sunset Avenue, 50 .00 feet; thence S. 27 deg. 09 ' 44" W. ,- 25. 00 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence S. 62 deg. 50 ' 16" E. , parallel with said center line, 207 . 30 feet; thence S. 27 deg. 09 ' 44" W. , to the southwesterly right of way line of said Sunset Avenue; thence N. 62 deg. 50 ' 16" W. ; along said right of way line, to its intersection with a line drawn S. 27 deg. 09 ' 44" W. from the actual point of beginning; thence N. 27 deg.. 091 ,4411 E. to the actual .point of beginning. and that the City Clerk be directed to. prepare and present to .the proper county offices notice of said vacation.
