However, he said he would be glad to have the <br /> 12 County use the facilities for that purpose as long as the City <br /> 13 wouldn' t have to undertake the expense of disposing of the wastes. <br /> 14 He reported it had "cost the City dearly to dispose of toxic <br /> 15 wastes in the past. <br /> 16 Councilmember Marks indicated that as long as the County was <br /> 17 responsible for the disposal, he considered this to be a program <br /> 18 with which it behooved St. Anthony to cooperate.
