Marks told the Public Works Director his 8 facility was identified in a County brochure his wife had seenas 9 a deposit point for the September 19th Hennepin County collection 10 in - Northeast Minneapolis , Mr. Hamer said he had not yet been 11 informed of that. However, he said he would be glad to have the 12 County use the facilities for that purpose as long as the City 13 wouldn' t have to undertake the expense of disposing of the wastes. 14 He reported it had "cost the City dearly to dispose of toxic 15 wastes in the past. 16 Councilmember Marks indicated that as long as the County was 17 responsible for the disposal, he considered this to be a program 18 with which it behooved St. Anthony to cooperate.
