• ORDINANCE NO. 1990-002 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF TEMPORARY BEER <br /> LICENSES; ADDING KNEW SUBD. 4 TO SECTION 800 : 05 ; <br /> AMENDING SECTIONS 800 : 05, SUBD. 2 ; 800:25, SUBD. 2 ; <br /> AND 800 : 25, SUBD. 9 OF THE 1973 CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> The City Council of the City of St . Anthony ordains : <br /> Section- l. A new Subd. 4 'is hereby added to Section 800 : 05 <br /> of the 1973 Code of Ordinances to read as follows: <br /> Subd. 4. Temporary licenses . <br /> (a) The City Council may issue a temporary On-Sale license <br /> for the sale of beer to a club or charitable, <br /> religious, or nonprofit organization. <br /> (b) The temporary license may authorize the sale of beer <br /> in any school or school buildings . <br /> (c) Any such temporary license is subject to any terms <br /> and conditions established by the City Council in <br /> granting the license. <br /> Section 2 . Section 800 :05, Subd. 2 of the 1973 Code of <br /> Ordinances is amended to read in full as follows : <br /> Subd. 2 . Retail On-Sale licenses shall permit the licensee <br /> to sell beer for consumption on the premises only. Except <br /> for temporary licenses issued under Subd. 4 of this <br /> Section, On-Sale licenses shall be granted only to a <br /> restaurant. <br /> Section 3. Section 800 :25, Subd. 2 of the 1973 Code of <br /> Ordinances is amended to read in full as follows: <br /> Subd. 2 . Except for temporary licenses issued under <br /> Subd. 4 of Section 800 :05, licenses hereunder shall be <br /> issued only .to persons who are citizens of the United <br /> States and who are of good moral character and repute, <br /> who have attained the age of 21 years and who are <br /> proprietors of the establishments for which the licenses <br /> are issued. Temporary licenses issued under Subd. 4 of <br /> Section 800 :05 may be issued only to a club or charitable, <br /> religious, or nonprofit organization. <br /> • <br />
