May 25, 1990 <br /> Mr. Larry Hamer <br /> Director of Public Works <br /> City of St. Anthony <br /> 3301 Silver Lake Road <br /> St. Anthony, MN 55418 <br /> RE: Feasibility Report <br /> Storm Sewer Pump Station and Diversion <br /> RCM Project No. 10084.00 <br /> Dear Mr. Hamer: <br /> As per your request in our meeting of May 22, 1990, we are submitting this <br /> proposal to provide a feasibility report for a storm water pump station and <br /> �zm diversion at 29th Avenue and Wilson Street. This project would divert storm <br /> water flow to Minneapolis. <br /> rieke Our proposed scope of service is to provide preliminary study of this project <br /> Carroll in which we will meet with Minneapolis officials to determine if they will <br /> . muller allow a connection to their system and provide a preliminary design to <br /> associates, inc. determine if this project will have the desired effect on the downstream <br /> en neers <br /> architects areas. The final feasibility report will include a detailed cost estimate, <br /> land surveyors determine possible sources of financingoutline <br /> and a preliminary <br /> equal opportunity construction schedule. <br /> employer <br /> We propose to provide all work in this proposal at the attached hourly rates <br /> not to exceed $7,500.00. The contact with the City of Minneapolis is the first <br /> order of work for the feasibility study and will be provided at the attached <br /> hourly rates not to exceed $150.00. No further work or payment on this study <br /> will be required if the City of Minneapolis will not consider the request. If <br /> the City of Minneapolis' response is positive, the preliminary study will be <br /> provided on an hourly basis not to exceed $2,500.00. <br /> I hope this information meets with your approval and look forward to <br /> working with you on this study.
