Minnesota Mayors Association <br /> 12 Motion by Makowske , second by Marks to approve payment in the amount of <br /> 13 $10.00 to the Minnesota Mayors Association. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 16 <br /> 17 J. Community Services <br /> 18 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve payment in the amount of <br /> 19 $3, 903. 00 to the Community Services Department of Independent School <br /> 20 District #-282. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 Councilmember Makowske inquired how the time spent in the programs of the <br /> 23 Community Services Department is tracked. The City Manager advised that <br /> 24 the director identifies what projects are going to be charged and that <br /> 25 no tracking is done on an itemized basis. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Councilmember Marks inquired if any reports are sent to the City for Council <br /> 28 review. The City Manager responded that no reports are received by the City <br /> 29 but he does know what has been budgeted . <br /> 30 <br /> 31 Councilmember Enrooth observed that monthly reports are generated by the <br /> 32 Community Services Department who basically operates the Senior Citizen <br /> 33 programs. This funding is used for Senior Citizen programs and is reim- <br /> 34 bursed with CDBG funds. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 37 <br /> 38 K. Verified Claims <br /> 39 Motion by Marks , second by Enrooth to approve payment for the verified <br /> 40 claims as presented in the accounts payable statements dated February <br /> 41 28, 1990, March 31 , 1990, April 20, 1990, and May 1 , 1990. <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 44 <br /> 45 Mayor Ranallo introduced Joan Remus, who was representing the Eberhardt <br /> 46 Property Management Company. Eberhardt is the management agent for the <br /> 47 St. Anthony Shopping Center. Ms. Remus ' s purpose in attending the Council <br /> 48 meeting was to request a permit to hold a wrestling exhibition in conjunction <br /> 49 with the St. Anthony Village Fest .
