We will <br /> evaluate the installation of an auxiliary generator receptacle and installation <br /> of a manual transfer switch. <br /> Depending on the final selected recommendation, we will prepare plans and <br /> specifications, assist during the bidding process and provide construction <br /> administration services including shop drawing review during the construction <br /> phase of the project. We propose to perform the above services for a fee based <br /> on salary cost times a factor of 2.5 for service rendered by our principals and <br /> employees engaged directly on the project with a not to exceed maximum of <br /> $3,600.00 without further authorization from the Council. <br /> Scope of services includes evaluation and probable replacement of the following <br /> components: <br /> 1. Evaluate existing well pump and determine proper drive capacity. <br /> 2. Installation of new motor. <br /> 3. Installation of new starter. <br /> 4. Modification of well house ventilation. <br /> 5. Modification of existing well pump control system. <br /> 6. Rewiring of Well House No. 3. <br /> 7. Consolidation and replacement of present distribution panel. <br /> • 8.
