ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> SIGN VARIANCE <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the <br /> Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, November <br /> 20, 1990 at 7: 35 P.M. . Public Hearings are held in the Council <br /> Chambers of the City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast <br /> corner of the building) . The Planning Commission will meet to: <br /> Consider a request by Nedegaard Construction Company, Inc. , <br /> Evergreen Townhomes, located at 3412 Silver Lane, for a <br /> variance to the City Sign Ordinance to allow four monument <br /> • signs instead of the permitted one monument sign per multi- <br /> unit development. <br /> Each sign is 50 inches by 25 inches for a total of 8. 65 square <br /> feet. The total sign surface area for all four signs would be <br /> 34 . 6 square feet, which is below the 50 square feet allotted <br /> by the City Ordinance. <br /> In addition, if the above request is recommended for approval, <br /> consideration will also be given to the request for a variance <br /> to the City Sign Ordinance to allow 200 square feet (each <br /> monument being 10 feet by 5 feet or 50 square feet) of total <br /> sign surface area. The Ordinance allows for only 150 square <br /> feet of aggregate sign surface area. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter will <br /> be heard at said time and place.
