CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> 6 <br /> 7 The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. and the Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 8 was led by Mayor Ranallo. . <br /> 9 <br /> 10 2. ROLL CALL <br /> 11 <br /> 12 Present: Mayor Ranallo; Councilmembers Makowske,-Marks, Enrooth and <br /> 13 Wagner. <br /> 14 Staff Present: Tom Burt, City Manager, Sue VanderHeyden, Assistant to the <br /> 15 City Manager and Bill Soth, City Attorney. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 3. APPROVAL OF THE NOVEMBER 13, 1990 COUNCIL AGENDA <br /> 18 - <br /> • 19 Mayor Ranallo asked that the awards from the North Suburban Fire Fighters <br /> 20 Association, and those wishing to address the skating rink concern and <br /> 21 school issue be added to the agenda. <br /> 22 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to add these three items to the agenda <br /> 23 following the presentation of claims. <br /> 24 Motion carried unanimously, <br /> 25 <br /> 26 4. APPROVAL OF THE November 13. 1990 COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve the minutes of the <br /> 29 November 13, 1990 Council meeting with the following correction: <br /> 30 <br /> 31 page 3, line 43: add "the city" may be paying twice. <br /> 32 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 5. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Motion by Marks second by Wagner to approve the following licenses: <br /> 37 Contractors : DeMarais Construction Inc. & TwinTown Remodelers Inc. <br /> 38 Heating: D.C. Mechanical HVAC Service <br /> 39 Motor Vehicle Starting: Sroga's Automotive Service (7 vehicles licensed). <br /> 40 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 <br /> 43 <br /> 44 <br />
