• <br /> RESOLUTION 90-042 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER <br /> TO EXECUTE THE LEASE WITH THE ST. ANTHONY <br /> VILLAGE SPORTS BOOSTERS, INC. <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Village Sports Boosters, Inc. desires to lease space from the <br /> City for the purpose of conducting charitable gambling under the terms and <br /> conditions as set forth in the Lease attached hereto. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute said Lease between <br /> the St. Anthony Village Sports Boosters, Inc. and the City, on behalf of the <br /> City. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1990. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
