. CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 91-033 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> WHEREAS, the engineering firm of Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. has been retained <br /> by the City of St. Anthony for the purpose and has prepared plans and <br /> specifications for the concrete surface repairs of the approximate 1850 foot <br /> long,. 43 foot wide Chandler Drive from 37th Avenue N.E. to -Foss Road <br /> (MSA 490-004-20; MSA 490-005-20) and has presented such plans and <br /> specifications to the Council for approval. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of St. Anthony, Minnesota: <br /> 1. Such plans and specifications are hereby approved. <br /> 2.
