Resolution No. 92-015 ; Re: Portable Generator at the GAC <br /> 9 Plant <br /> 10 <br /> 11 Motion by Enrooth, second by Fleming to approve <br /> 12 Resolution No. 92-015 being a resolution authorizing the <br /> 13 Mayor and City Manager to execute the amendment to the <br /> 14 contract between the City of St . Anthony and the <br /> 15 Minneapolis Pollution Control Agency. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 The City Manager advised that the City can expect a <br /> 18 $35, 000 payment from the State for this power backup. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 21 <br /> 22 E. Resolution No. 92-016 ; Re: Support of Community <br /> 23 Development Block Grant Funding for Northwest Youth and <br /> 24 Family Services <br /> 25 <br /> 26 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve Resolution <br /> 27 No. 92-016 being a resolution in support of the • <br /> 28 application for a community development block grant <br /> 29 (CDBG) by Northwest Youth and Family Services . <br /> 30 <br /> 31 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 32 <br /> 33 F. Resolution No. 92-017 ; Re: Settlement Agreement with <br /> 34 NewMech for Foss Road Lift Station <br /> 35 <br /> 36 The City Manager noted that $12 , 613. 03 of the payment had <br /> 37 been held back and that the cost of the pump has been <br /> 38 reduced. He stated that the plant is operational and that <br /> 39 there are no more vibrations . The lift stations are <br /> 40 designed for twenty year operation but the pumps will <br /> 41 have to be replaced eventually. <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve Resolution <br /> 44 No. 92-017 being a resolution approving the settlement <br /> 45 agreement between the City of St . Anthony and NewMech <br /> 46 Companies , Inc. and authorzing the Mayor and City Manager <br /> 47 to execute said agreement . <br /> 48 <br /> 49 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 50 <br /> 51 G.
