PLANNING COMMISSION
MAY 19 , 1992 •
PAGE 8

agenda for the June 2nd Council Meeting and that any
resident at this public hearing is welcome to attend the
Council Meeting to state their positions and concerns .

The Public Hearing was closed at 9 : 06 p.m.

Commissioner Gondorchin is supportive of Plan D with one
change . He felt the two parcels being recommended for
residential designation should be exchanged in placement
and designated as commercial .

Commissioner Madden also preferred Plan D and favored
flip flopping the buffer and use for a commercial site.
This would still provide a buffer from the residential
area .

Chairman Faust recalled that only six states do not allow
the sale of beer in grocery stores , therefore the liquor
operation may eventually be closed.
