CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 92-050 <br /> A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BRAUN INTERTEC <br /> PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PLAN <br /> AND AN ASSESSMENT POLICY FOR THE <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> WHEREAS, a Road Reconstruction Task Force (RRTF) was created by the City Council <br /> to make recommendations on improvements to the aging infrastructure and <br /> roads in the City of St. Anthony; and <br /> WHEREAS, after review of the Pavement Management Plan proposed by the engineering <br /> firm of Braun Intertec and an Assessment Policy, the RRTF submitted a Final <br /> Report to the City Council, which recommended the adoption of both. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the'City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby adopts the Pavement Management Plan prepared and submitted by Braun Intertec <br /> and Assessment Policy (attached hereto) for the City of St. Anthony. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1992. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
