Accessibility Evaluation City of St. Anthony Village <br /> INTRODUMON <br /> Julee Quarve-Peterson, Inc. has completed an accessibility audit of all City of <br /> St. Anthony Yillage facilities and sites. In producing the attached report, the following <br /> activities have been completed: <br /> 1. Met with staff to discuss the scope of the project, identified specific sites to be <br /> evaluated, and obtained further information regarding each site. <br /> 2. Conducted on site surveys. <br /> 3. Produced a narrative report identifying specific recommendations for each site to <br /> provide a more usable envirorunent. <br /> 4. Facilitated community meetings to obtain public comment regarding the proposed <br /> accessibility upgrades. <br /> 5. Shared information regarding outdoor recreation design guidelines. <br /> 6. Assisted in the prioritization and -development of the transition plan for <br /> implementation of increased access for the City of St. Anthony Village. <br /> 7. Assisted in the completion of grievance procedure and public notices. <br /> 8. Provided attachments which include, copies of applicable laws, codes,guidelines, and <br /> resources. <br /> 9. Provided product information. <br /> 10.
