All affected property owners signed the petition in <br /> 29 support of the light . <br /> 30 <br /> 31 The circulator of the petition, Casey Scott , was in attendance <br /> 32 at the Council Meeting. Councilmember Enrooth inquired if <br /> 33 there are any other lights in this alleyway. Mr. Scott advised <br /> 34 there is one located behind 2520 Pahl Avenue. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 The City Manager advised that Northern ' States Power will <br /> 37 schedule the installation of the light and will also attend to <br /> 38 requirements regarding the distance between street lights . <br /> 39 <br /> 40 Motion by Wagner, second by Fleming to approve the petition <br /> 41 for an alley light to be located behind and between 2612 and <br /> 42 2616 Pahl Avenue. <br /> 43 <br /> 44 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 45 <br /> 46 <br /> 47 6.
