Only two comments were received from <br /> 9 property owners regarding these projects and these both <br /> 10 involved corner lots . <br /> 11 <br /> 12 Motion by Marks , second by Wagner to approve Resolution No . <br /> 13 93-036 being a resolution awarding the bid for 1993 street and <br /> 14 watermain improvements and that the amount of the alternative <br /> 15 bid be inserted into the resolution as submitted by W. B . <br /> 16 Miller Incorported . <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 19 <br /> 20 <br /> 21 D. Award Bid for Demolition of Rosie ' s Restaurant and the <br /> 22 Good Luck Cafe <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Motion by Ranallo, second by Enrooth to award the bid for the <br /> 25 demolition of Rosie ' s Restaurant and the Good Luck Cafe to <br /> 26 Belair Builders for a total of $11 , 507 . 04 . <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 E. Approval of Final Plat for the 27th Avenue Northeast and <br /> 33 Coolidge Street_ Improvements <br /> 34 <br /> 35 The City Manager advised the Council of the status of the 27th <br /> 36 Avenue right-of-way . He also noted that the triangular piece <br /> 37 of property will be deeded_ over the Roger Bona , owner of the <br /> 38 Unocal service station . <br /> 39 <br /> 40 Mayor Ranallo suggested that the availabilty of the lots <br /> 41 resulting from the demolition of the two restaurants should be <br /> 42 made known . The City Manager advised that two calls have been <br /> 43 received already regarding purchase of these two residential <br /> 44 lots . <br /> 45 <br /> 46 Motion by Marks , second by Fleming to approve the final plat <br /> 47 for the 27th Avenue and Coolidge Street Improvement Project . <br /> 48 <br /> 49 Motion carried unanimously_ <br /> 50 <br />
