During this <br /> 24 process they discovered that the building has been constructed <br /> 25 over a City storm sewer easement . Change Order #1 , 1993 Street Improvement - Request for <br /> 42 Extens i.on <br /> 43 <br /> 44 Virgil Hawkins of Maier Stewart & Associates explained that a <br /> 45 fourteen day extension on the 1993 street improvements project <br /> 46 is needed because of the weather delays and added work <br /> 47 required by Hennepin County. <br /> 48 <br /> 49 The City Manager advised that all of the associated costs of <br /> 50 Change Order #1 will be paid from HRA funds . <br />
