CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 95-025 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF ST. .ANTHONY'S <br /> CONTRIBUTION TO A DIAGNOSTIC STUDY OF SILVER LAKE <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony is concerned about enhancement of water qualil'y of <br /> Silver Lake; and A <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony believes that a Diagnostic Study of Silver Lakedneeds to <br /> T1 <br /> be completed; and <br /> WHEREAS, the estimated total cost for said Diagnostic Study is $17,000. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. A thony <br /> hereby agrees to the funding of said study as follows: <br /> Rice Creek Watershed District $ 5,000 <br /> Cities of New Brighton, St. Anthony, and $ 9,000 <br /> Columbia Heights ($3,000 each) <br /> Silver Lake Homeowners Association <br /> Total $17,000 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony her�by <br /> authorizes expenditure by the City of St. Anthony as heretofore stated to allow the Ride Creek <br /> Watershed District to coordinate a Diagnostic Study of Silver Lake. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the $3,000 contribution by the City will be from,the <br /> Storm Sewer Fund. <br /> Adopted this day of 1995. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
