INSUR.ANCE/INDENINIFICATION w <br /> 9 INSURANCEANDEMNIFICATION <br /> 9.1 Errors and Omissions -Medtox shall maintain errors and omissions liability <br /> insurance with limits of liability of at least$1,000,000.
