NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota (the "City") will meet on March 12, 1996; at 7:00 pim., in the City Council Chambers at the City Administrative Offices, 3301 811vef bake road, in the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota, to conduct a public hearing on the proposal that the City issue its revenue bonds under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 4620, as amended (the "Act"), in one or more series, in an aggregate principal amount not exceeding $7,200,000 (the "Bonds"), to refund the Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (St. Anthony Nursing Home Project), Series 1985 of the City (the "1985 -. Bonds"), and to pay costs associated with the issuance of the Bonds and refunding of the 1985 Bonds and costs associated with the development financed by the 1985 Bonds. The 1985 Bonds were issued by the City to finance a 119-unit elderly housing development known as Chandler Place ("Chandler Place"). Chandler Place is located at 3701 Chandler Drive in the City and is owned by Si. Anthony Nursing Home Limited Partnerslup, a Minnesota limited partnership. The City previously adopted a housing program under the Act with respect to Chandler Place. The Bonds will be limited obligations of the City, payable solely from revenues of the development specifically pledged to the payment of the Bonds and will not constitute a debt of the City. No holder of the Bonds shall ever have the right to compel the exercise of the taxing power of the City to pay the Bonds or the interest thereon, or to enforce payment thereon against any property of the City.
