1 CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br /> FEBRUARY 27, 1996 <br /> 4 I. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by <br /> 6 Mayor Ranallo. <br /> 7 H. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Wagner, and Faust. <br /> 9 Also Present: Michael Mornson, City Manager and William Soth, City Attorney. <br /> 10 III. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 27, 1996 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 11 City Manager Morrison noted Council would view a short video as directed by the League <br /> 12 of Minnesota Cities prior to adjournment of the meeting. <br /> 13 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve the February 27, 1996 Council Agenda as <br /> 14 presented. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 7 IV. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 13, 1996 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES. <br /> Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the February 13, 1996 Council Meeting <br /> 9 Minutes with the following changes: <br /> 20 Page 2, Line 2: Following "Wagner" insert ", seconded by Marks" <br /> 21 Page 2, Line 3: Delete and replace with "Wagner withdrew his motion from the floor. <br /> 22 Marks concurred." <br /> 23 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 24 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 25 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the following licenses: <br /> 26 Contractors License: <br /> 27 St. Anthony Health Care Center, St. Anthony, MN (St. Anthony Health Care) <br /> 28 Garbage Haulers License: <br /> 29 Lightning Disposal Inc., So. St. Paul, MN (Commercial/Renewal) <br /> 3 0 Walter's Rubbish, Circle Pines, MN (Residential-Renewal) <br /> 31 Service Station License: <br /> 32 Stop 'N' Save, 3259 Stinson Boulevard (Renewal) <br /> 33 Cigarette License: <br /> 34 Stop 'N' Save, 3259 Stinson Boulevard (Renewal) <br /> • <br />
