• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 96-024 <br /> A RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN EASEMENTS <br /> DEDICATED IN THE PLATS OF APACHE PLAZA AND <br /> APACHE PLAZA 5TH ADDITION <br /> After discussion of a motion by to <br /> vacate certain easements for utilities dedicated in the plats of Apache Plaza and Apache <br /> Plaza 5th Addition, it was deemed in the itnerest of the public to grant the vacation. <br /> Councilmember introduced the following <br /> resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> that the easements for utilities dedicated in the plats of Apache Plaza and Apache <br /> Plaza 5th Addition described in Exhibit A attached hereto are hereby declared <br /> and ordered vacated and discontinued. <br /> And that the City Clerk be directed to prepare and present to the property county <br /> • offices notice of said vacation. <br /> The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by <br /> Councilmember and upon a vote being taken <br /> thereon all Councilmembers voted in favor thereof. <br /> Whereupon the resolution is duly passed and adopted. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1996. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> • City Manager <br />
