Anthony described as a utility easement in the plat of Apache <br /> Plaza recorded in the office of the Ramsey County Recorder. I <br /> enclose a site plan showing the location of this easement and its <br /> • legal description. <br /> Please make such postings and publications and give such <br /> notices as are required under the City' s ordinances to accomplish <br /> this vacation. We would like this matter to be resolved as soon as <br /> possible, but in any event no later than final plat approval for <br /> the new Silver Lake Center plat . <br /> It is unfortunate that this easement was not covered by our <br /> prior application, however, it was not then apparent that this <br /> easement was created in the plat instead of the Quit Claim Deed <br /> Document No. 1584191 which the City vacated. <br /> Thank you for your help.
