CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 H. APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 8, 1996 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve the October-8, 1996 Council Agenda as <br /> 13 presented, <br /> 14 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 15 IV. APPROVAL OF.SEPTEMBER 24, 1996 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> 6 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the September 24, 1996 Council minutes with <br /> the following changes: <br /> 18 Page 9, Line 9: Replace"selected"vdth"'started the process of selecting". <br /> 19 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 20 V.
