CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 97-032 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND <br /> ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony desires concrete pavement <br /> repair and rehabilitation on 33rd Avenue NE between Silver Lake Road <br /> and Highcrest Road; and, <br /> WHEREAS, a report was prepared by Rieke Carroll Muller and Associates, Inc. (RCM) <br /> with reference to said improvement project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br /> necessary, cost-effective, and feasible. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. <br /> • Anthony that Rieke Carroll Muller and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the <br /> engineer for this improvement; the feasibility report is approved; and RCM shall prepare <br /> plans and specifications for making such improvement. <br /> Adopted this day of 1997. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
