• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 97-054 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> SUB-GRANT AGREEMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony enter into a sub- <br /> grant agreement with the Division of Emergency Management in the Minnesota <br /> Department of Public Safety for the program entitled Hazard Mitigation Grant Program <br /> for Presidential disaster declaration FEMA 1187-DR-MN. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby <br /> authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute and sign such sub-grant agreements <br /> and any amendments hereto as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of the <br /> City of St. Anthony. <br /> Adopted this day of 1997. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> CERTIFICATION <br /> I certify that the above resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony on the 17th day of December, 1997 and is a true and accurate copy of St. Anthony <br /> records. <br /> City Clerk <br />
