This billing is based on expenditure reports for tax collection functions within this <br /> department, as authorized by Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.176, Subd. 4 h. <br /> One-third of the county TIF administrative costs are allocated based on the number of tax <br /> parcels located within TIF districts of your city ($4.10 per parcel). One-third is allocated equally <br /> to each TIF district or enlarged district via modification of the plan ($256.29 per district). The <br /> remaining third is allocated on the basis of TIF revenue, as shown at the beginning year for <br /> taxes payable in 1995. <br /> Please remit payment of $2,090.52 by December 29, 1997. The check should be made <br /> payable to the Hennepin County Treasurer and mailed to my attention.
