OTHER BUSINESS. <br /> 3 Mornson stated that WSB, Inc., will be assisting the City in filling in the small pond outside the <br /> 4 community center classrooms. He added that.Todd Hubmer is working with Richard Knutson, <br /> 5 Inc., to landscape the pond area by the tennis courts at no cost to the City which will be a big <br /> 6 improvement. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 Mornson stated that the City is making progress with one of the Kenzie Terrace homeowners. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 Mornson.stated that he met recently,with Apache Plaza owners and the bank who indicated they <br /> 11 are negotiating with many prospective buyers, all of whom expressed interest in the continuance <br /> 12 of a retail center. He added that a buyer should be identified by early summer. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 Mornson stated that 2.of the prospective buyers are theater developers who have presented an <br /> 15 overall plan for the center to include a retail mix with potential multiple housing components. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Mornson stated that Richard Krier is continuing his consulting work on the shopping center, <br /> 18 adding that he will present an outline to the Planning Commission at their April 20, 1999 <br /> 19 meeting. He stated that the City has not heard from shopping center's prospective buyers <br /> 20 recently but the paperwork will take some time. Ranallo stated that the perception of merchants <br /> 21 at the shopping center is that the sale is definite. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 VII.
