The Commission is recommending the attached land use plan to you with the <br /> • following: <br /> 1. There should be an enclosed meeting or gathering area. <br /> 2. The Green space should be larger <br /> 3. Additional pedestrian access should be provided to the Green space and along <br /> Kenzie Terrace. <br /> 4. Transit access should be provided <br /> 5. Access from TH 88 should be further studied. This additional study should <br /> include at least one stop light <br /> The Land Use Plan is based on the strategic vision developed late last year, several <br /> meetings with the property owners and businesses and a meeting with the residents.
