CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 99-066 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS FOR THE <br /> SILVER LAKE ROAD BRIDGE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and Ramsey County desire to reconstruct and rebuild <br /> the bridge on Silver Lake Road over the CP,Railroad tracks north of 37`h <br /> Avenue NE; and <br /> WHEREAS, preliminary studies and reports conducted by the City and County indicate that it <br /> is feasible, practical, and technically property to provide for the Silver Lake <br /> Road Bridge reconstruction. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, <br /> hereby approves the Plans as submitted by Ramsey County, regarding said project. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1999. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
