CALL TO ORDER. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 8:08 p.m. <br /> 6 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 7 Councilmembers present: Chair Ranallo, Marks, Faust, Cavanaugh, and Thuesen. <br /> 8 Councilmembers absent: None. <br /> 9 Also present: Executive Director Michael Morrison. <br /> 10 III. APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 12, 1999 H.R.A. AGENDA. <br /> 11 Motion by Marks, second by Faust, to approve the October 12, 1999 H.R.A. Meeting Agenda as <br /> 12 presented. <br /> 13 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 14 IV. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 14, 1999 H.R.A. MINUTES. <br /> 15 Motion by Marks, second by Faust, to approve the September 14, 1999 H.R.A. Minutes as <br /> 16 presented. <br /> 07 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 18 V. CLAIMS. <br /> 19 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen, to approve Claims A-D below: <br /> 20 A. Review Springsted Financial Study: <br /> 21 1. WSB & Associates. Inc. in the amount of$241.50 for professional services <br /> 22 rendered regarding Capital Improvement Plan. <br /> 23 B. St. Anthony Shopping Center: <br /> 24 1. RLK Kuuisisto in the amount of$1,240.30 for professional planning services for <br /> 25 the period through August 1999 regarding St. Anthony Shopping Center. <br /> 26 2. Midwest Planning& Design, in the amount of$701.25 pursuant to invoice dated <br /> 27 October 2, 1999 regarding services rendered for Developers Agreement. <br /> 28 C. Apache Study: <br /> 29 1. Springsted in the amount of$1,255.95 for financial advisory services performed <br /> 30 from March 14, 1997 through May 1, 1998 regarding Apache II Study. <br /> 31 D. Legal Services: <br /> 32 1. Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of$840.00 for legal services rendered through <br /> 33 August 31, 1999 regarding The Hitching Post. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 VI. PURCHASE OF 2548 KENZIE TERRACE (H.R.A. Resolution 99-002). <br /> 0,6 Motion by Marks, second by Faust, to approve H.R.A. Resolution 99-002, stating that the St. <br /> 37 Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority hereby approves the purchase of property <br /> 38 known as 2548 Kenzie Terrace and to enter into a purchase agreement for said property. <br />
