Resolution 99-076, re: Ratify Police Union Agreement for 2000 and 2001. <br /> 5 Motion by Thuesen, second by Faust, to adopt Resolution 99-076, re: Ratify Police Union <br /> 6 Agreement for 2000 and 2001, wherein the 2000-2001 Agreement between the Law Enforcement <br /> 7 Labor Services, Inc., representing the St. Anthony Police Department, and the City of St. <br /> 8 Anthony is hereby ratified and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the <br /> 9 Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> 10 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 11 F. Resolution 99-077, re: Ratify Public Works Union Agreement for 2000 and 2001. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, second by Faust, to adopt Resolution 99-077, re: Ratify Public Works Union <br /> 13 Agreement for 2000 and 2001, wherein that the 2000-2001 Agreement between the International <br /> 14 Union of Operating Engineers, Local 49, representing the St. Anthony Public Works Department, <br /> 0 1 5 and the City of St. Anthony is hereby ratified and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to <br /> 6 execute the Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> 17 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 18 Ranallo commented that many cities hire professionals to negotiate union contracts. However, <br /> 19 when City Manager Mike Morrison was hired, it was requested that Morrison handle the negotia <br /> 20 tions. Ranallo commended Mornson on his excellent ability to negotiate and handle the union <br /> 21 contracts for the City. <br /> 22 G. Resolution 99-078, re: Conditional Use Permit Agreement with Hitching Post. <br /> 23 Motion by Marks, second by Faust, to adopt Resolution 99-078, re: Conditional Use Permit <br /> 24 Agreement with Hitching Post Real Estate LLC, wherein the City Council of the City of St. <br /> 25 Anthony hereby approves a Conditional Use Permit Agreement with Hitching Post Real Estate, <br /> 26 LLC, and authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute said Agreement on behalf of the <br /> 27 City of St. Anthony. <br /> 28 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 29 X.
