ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 00-016 <br /> A RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON <br /> 29"' AVENUE NE, FROM STINSON BOULEVARD TO <br /> NEW BRIGHTON BOULEVARD IN THE <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has planned the improvement of 29'' Avenue, State Aid Route 102, from <br /> C.S.A.H. 27 (Stinson Boulevard) to C.S.A.H. 88 (New Brighton Boulevard) in the City of St. <br /> Anthony, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City will be expending Municipal State Aid Street Funds on the improvements of this Street; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of the street; and <br /> approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must therefore be <br /> conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony shall ban the parking <br /> of motor vehicles on 29'h Avenue NE at the following locations at all times: <br /> Eastbound Westbound. <br /> • From 70' west to 80' east of Roosevelt St. NE From 70' west to 80' east of Roosevelt St. NE <br /> From 80' west to 40' east of Wilson St. NE (north) From 80' west to 75' east of Wilson St. NE <br /> (north) <br /> From 70' west of Wilson St. NE to Wilson St. NE From 60' west to 120' east of Wilson St. NE <br /> (south) (south) <br /> From 200 ` west to 100' east of Coolidge St. From 115' west to 15' west of Coolidge St. <br /> From 210' west to 90' east of Silver Lake Road 'From 100' west to 160' east of Silver Lake <br /> Road <br /> From 80' west of Rozelle Dr. to Rozelle Dr. From 80' west to 127' east of Crestview Dr. <br /> From 120' east of Rozelle Dr. to 20' west of Crestview <br /> From 450' east of Crestview Dr. to New Brighton Blvd. <br /> Adopted this day of , 2000. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> .
