CALL TO ORDER. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> 6 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 7 Commissioners present` Chairman Ranallo; Cavanaugh, Marks, Faust, and Thuesen <br /> 8 Commissioners absent: None <br /> 9 Also present: Executive Director Michael Morrison; City Attorney William R. <br /> 10 Soth <br /> 11 III. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 16, 1999 H.R.A. AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, second by Faust, to approve the December 16, 1999 H.R.A. Meeting Agenda <br /> 13 as presented. <br /> 14 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 15 IV. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 30, 1999 H.R.A. MINUTES. <br /> 16 Motion by Faust, second by Marks, to approve the November 30, 1999 H.R.A. Minutes as pre- <br />- .7 sented. <br /> 18 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 19 V. CLAIMS. <br /> 20 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen, to approve the Claims under A below: <br /> 21 A. Legal Services: <br /> 22 1. Dorsey & Whitney: <br /> 23 a. $925.00 for legal services rendered through October 31, 1999 regarding <br /> 24 HRA Acquisition of Residential Property for Redevelopment. <br /> 25 b. $865.00 for legal services rendered through October 31, 1999 regarding <br /> 26 The Hitching Post. <br /> 27 C. $140.00 for legal services rendered through October 31, 1999 regarding <br /> 28 St. Anthony Shopping Center. <br /> 29 VI. H.R.A. Resolution 99-004, re: Developers Agreement with Republic Investment Company. <br /> 30 By way of background, Chairman Ranallo explained that the City has had several meetings and <br /> 31 worksessions on the redevelopment of the St. Anthony Shopping Center. At the meeting today, <br /> 32 Ranallo stated, the Redevelopment Agreement with Republic Investment Company is being con- <br /> 33 sidered and at the last Council worksession, the Agreement was reviewed from the beginning to <br /> 34 the end. <br /> 4P35 Ranallo introduced Richard Krier, Midwest Planning & Design, LLC, and invited him to address <br /> 36 the Commission. <br />
