Subject to the provisions of Section 1650, the following accessory <br /> uses are permitted in the C District: <br /> (a) Incidental repair, limited processing or storage.necessary to conduct a - <br /> permitted principal use if conducted within the principal structure. <br /> (b) Private garages, off-street loading and unloading docks and facilities. <br /> (c) Private swimming pools or other recreational facilities. <br /> (d) Temporary mobile structures for construction purposes only. <br /> (e) Accessory buildings not exceeding one story in height. <br /> 1635.05 Dimensional Regulations. <br /> Subd. 1. Height. No structure may exceed 35 feet in height or contain more than <br /> three stories. <br /> Subd. 2. Lot Area and Width. The minimum lot area is 15,000 square feet, and the <br /> minimum lot width is 100 feet. <br /> Subd. 3. Floor Area Ratio. The floor area ratio within the C District may not exceed <br /> 1.0. <br /> Subd. 4. Front Yards.
