Modi&Oaii —AMLQnd;:RA;#s to thear-iginal budget r- 3r-45,j"ate Subdivision 7: Following certification of the capital budget by the Secreta!:y of th Commission, each member havin a financial obli2ation therefore, shall provide to the Organization on or before Februaj:y I documentation of the member's budgeta!:y approval and commitment of the funds reguired. Changes in funding availabilily or anticipated costs will reguire modifications or amendments to the original budget and must be approved by a ma*orily vote of the Commission. If the Organization is responsible for the planning, design, acguisition, relocation, o construction of an approved capitalproject on behalf of a Member, each Member having a financial obligation therefore, shall also provide to the Organization the funds reguired by the budget from that member on or before February 1. If the Member is responsible for the completion of the capital Project, the Organization's approved share of the pro*ect cost coming from its tax leyy will be reimburs ed to the member from actual tax revenues received in a manner agreed to. The Member bein r imbursed for project costs by the Organization shall agree to be responsible for providing any reguested documentation of costs reguested by the Organization or its auditors.
