ANTHONY <br /> ORDINANCE 2000-003 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO LOT COVERAGE AND BUILDING <br /> TO LAND RATIO, AMENDING SECTIONS 1605 SUBD. 44(a) AND <br /> 1615.05, SUBD. 8 OF THE 1993 ST. ANTHONY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> The City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby ordains: <br /> Section 1. Section 1605.01, Subd. 44(a)is amended to read as follows: <br /> Lot Coverage and Building to Land Ratio. <br /> (a) Lot Coverage. The area of a lot covered by impervious surface. An impervious <br /> surface is any material that substantially reduces or prevents the infiltration of <br /> storm water into the ground. Impervious surfaces shall include all buildings, <br /> driveways (paved or.gravel), sidewalks and parking areas. A surface that has <br /> been compacted or covered with a layer of material so that it is highly resistant <br /> to infiltration by water will be considered impervious. An impervious surface <br /> shall not include decks as long as the deck is pervious and the surface beneath <br /> the deck is pervious. <br /> • Section 2. Section 1615.05, Subd. 8 is amended to read as follows: <br /> Lot Coverage. The lot coverage for residential structures on lots with an area 9,000 <br /> square feet and above may not exceed 35%. The lot coverage for residential structures on lots <br /> with an area less than 9,000 square feet, may not exceed 40%. <br /> First Reading: June 27, 2000 <br /> Second Reading: July 11, 2000 <br /> Adopted: <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Publish: St. Anthony Bulletin <br />
