ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 01-064 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR <br /> THE CITY OF ST..ANTHONY-, PROVIDED BY THE LEAGUE OF <br /> MINNESOTA CITIES INSURANCE TRUST, COVERING THE <br /> PERIOD OF JUNE 1, 2001 THROUGH MAY 31, 2002 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby approves the <br /> following insurance coverage totaling $169,205 (includes deductible per occurrence/$50,000 <br /> aggregate): <br /> 1. Property $ 8,898 <br /> 2. Inland Marine $ 2,574 <br /> 3. Boiler/Machinery $ 1,690 <br /> 4. Blanket Bond/Fidelity $ 779 <br /> 5. Automobile $17,967 <br /> 6. General Liability $40,923 <br /> 7. Open Meeting Law $ 751 <br /> 8. Volunteers Accident Plan $ 1,161 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby <br /> approves the workers' compensation coverage totaling $71,316, which includes Employee <br /> Managed Care Plan; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby <br /> approves United National Insurance Company as the City's On-sale/Off-sale liquor liability <br /> carrier at a cost of$23,146; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves renewal of its municipal and liquor insurance coverage with the League of <br /> Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust, for the period June 2, 2001 through May 31, 2002. <br /> Adopted this day of , 2001. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
