ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 03-070 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY <br /> REPORT FOR NORTHWEST QUADRANT STREET AND UTILITY <br /> IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct 39th Avenue from Silver Lake Road to Stinson <br /> Boulevard by new construction and reconstruction of the roadways and utilities, <br /> and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br /> improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> ST. ANTHONY,MN: <br /> That the proposed improvement be referred to WSB &Associates, Inc. for study and that they <br /> are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the "Council in a <br /> preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and <br /> feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br /> improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> Adopted this day of , 2003. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> F:\WP WIN\1065-85\Resolutions\2004resolution-rep.doc <br />
