ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 03-070 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY <br /> REPORT FOR NORTHWEST QUADRANT STREET AND UTILITY <br /> IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct 39th Avenue from Silver Lake Road to Stinson <br /> Boulevard by new construction and reconstruction of the roadways and utilities, <br /> and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br /> improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> ST.
