ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 03-072 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND <br /> ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted July 22, 2003, a report was prepared <br /> by WSB & Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of: <br /> 1. Belden Drive,between 33rd Avenue NE and 32nd Avenue NE <br /> 2. Hilldale Avenue NE, between Belden Drive and Silver Lake Road <br /> 3. 32nd Avenue NE, between Belden Drive and Silver Lake Road <br /> 4. Town View Avenue NE, between Wilson Street and Silver Lake Road <br /> WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br /> necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that: <br /> 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report <br /> at an estimated total cost of the improvement of$1,860,000. <br /> 2) WSB &Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
