ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> RESOLUTION 03 - 067 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT RELATING <br /> TO THE PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, bids were called for construction of a Public Works facility; and <br /> WHEREAS, bids were received and reviewed for said project on August 14, 2003; and <br /> WHEREAS, Kraus-Anderson Construction, Inc. recommended the bids be awarded to the <br /> lowest responsible Contractor for each Bid Division. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby awards the bids for construction of the Public Works facility, as recommended by Kraus- <br /> Anderson, as follows: <br /> Bid Division 1 F. M.
