ANTHONY <br /> 2 <br /> 3 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br /> 4 <br /> 5 JUNE 22, 2004 <br /> 6 <br /> 7 CALL TO ORDER <br /> 8 Mayor Hodson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br /> 11 Mayor Hodson invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 ROLL CALL. <br /> 14 Present: Mayor Hodson; Councilmembers Horst, Stille, Thuesen, and Faust. <br /> 15 Absent: None. <br /> 16 Also Present: City Manager Mike Mornson. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 <br /> 19 CONSIDERATION,DISCUSSION,AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br /> 20 ITEMS. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 I. APPROVAL OF NNE 22, 2004 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 23 Motion by Councilmember Thuesen, seconded by Councilmember Faust, to approve the City <br /> 24 Council Meeting Agenda of June 8, 2004. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 Mayor Hodson announced that Resolution 04-051, regarding the designation of MN/DOT as the <br /> 27 City's agent in accepting federal aid funds, was added under the General Policy Business of the <br /> 28 Council as item number 3. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Friendly amendment by Councilmember Thuesen to approve the City Council Meeting Agenda <br /> 31 of June 8, 2004 with the addition of Resolution 04-051, Regarding Designating MN/DOT as the <br /> 32 City's Agent in Accepting Federal Aid Funds. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br /> 37 None. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 III. CONSENT AGENDA. <br /> 40 1. Approve June 8, 2004, Regular Council Meeting Minutes. <br /> 41 2. Consider licenses and permits. <br /> 42 3.
