HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 04-011 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AUDIT OF THE <br /> ST. ANTHONY HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2003 <br /> WHEREAS, an audit of the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority general <br /> purpose financial statements for the year 2003 was presented by Stuart J. <br /> Bonniwell, Certified Public Accountant; and <br /> WHEREAS, said audit was presented to the H.R.A. at a regular meeting on <br /> July 13, 2004. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Anthony Housing and <br /> Redevelopment Authority hereby approves the 2003 City of St. Anthony audit, as <br /> submitted by Stuart J.
