ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 04-067 <br /> A RESOLUTION TO EXTEND THE 60-DAY TIME LIMIT <br /> FOR SUNSET MEMORIAL PARK REZONE REQUEST. <br /> WHEREAS, Sunset Memorial Park requested rezoning their property at 2250 St. Anthony <br /> Bouleavard from Single Family Residential (R-1) to Recreational Open <br /> Space(ROS); and <br /> WHEREAS, a Public Hearing relating to said request was held by the Planning <br /> Commission on October 19, 2004; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended the City Council extend the 60-day <br /> time limit for the city to approve or deny said request by an additional sixty <br /> (60)days in order to allow the Planning Commission and City Council time <br /> to further review this issue. This is in accordance of Minnesota Statues, <br /> Section 15.99, Subd. 3(f). <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, that by the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony hereby approves the sixty(60) day extension for 2250 St. Anthony <br /> Boulevard, as recommended by the Planning Commission. <br /> Adopted this 26`h day of October, 2004. <br /> Mayor Pro tern <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
