He reported that the Planning Commission had <br /> recommended a three-month time limit on the gravel .lot, at <br /> which time the situation would be re-evaluated by the City <br /> Council . <br /> Mayor Sundland stated that he agreed with the Commission ' s <br /> recommendation of a three-month time period . Council Memher <br /> - Marks noted that an essential element of the Planning <br /> Commission ' s discussion was the length of time involved in <br /> dealing with the PCA .
