Dear neighbors, <br /> Let me take you several minutes to react this letter which is • <br /> related to the expansion of Good Luck cafe, which is located at 2700, <br /> Coolidge St . , St. Anthony Village. Due to the rising cost of real est- <br /> ate and operating expenses, it is essential to expand the building <br /> before I can make a profit . Also, I had lost many, customers because <br /> they complained that my cafe is too small, so the expansion is import- . <br /> ant for the survival of by business. Quite recently, I had discussed <br /> with St. Anthony city manager (Ron Aerg) .in regard to this project, <br /> according .to what he gaid, the project can only come to reality upon <br /> the approval of the n&i.ghbors and the city planning commissioner. <br /> Right now, I would like to listen to any honest advice and creative <br /> suggestion--from you, so that my cafe can serve better for St. Anthony <br /> community. On .July 18, there will be a debate on this project in the <br /> city council .
